Want to teach your learners about business and business sustainability?

Then Module ONE is for you. This module shows how businesses function by looking at 8 different business structures, as well as determining how a business can be more environmentally sustainable by looking at specific companies.

Module 2

Looking to engage your learners in the creative process of creating a business?

Then Module TWO is for you. After completing Module ONE, your learners will: form business groups with contracts and job roles; determine a product for their business including writing a patent; cost determination to see if their business can be profitable; and creating a customer service policy for their business.

Module 3

Real life experience wanted?

Then Module THREE is for you. After completing Module ONE and Module TWO, your learners will have the opportunity to create their product and sell during a market time. This Module includes everything you need to be able to raise money for a project.

Cindy Dunning, a co-founder of blue marble learning scene, has put over 20 years of experience behind the development of this business project, starting with piloting a program for the ministry in 1992, which developed and morphed into this current form.

The business project includes 3 modules that will walk you through learning about different businesses, creating a business, and taking that business to market - aka selling products. Module Three - Market Creation - is an optional addition to the business project that will require permission from school administration (see Module Three note).

If you choose to complete all three modules and go to market your learners will be earning real money! Cindy has had business groups earn up to $900 and classes earning over $5000, as well as business groups that have made $0 and classes that have made as little as $300. Each group of learners and situations are unique.Complete just one, two, or all three modules.
